“I have been extremely happy with all my workouts so far. Years of inactivity or making things up on my own led to inconsistency and a lot of pain. I have some bad joints and Jeff customizes my workouts to accommodate that; I have to say I have been pain free from the start and can only feel myself building strength to support my joints. I am also rapidly building strength in general and feel like I am getting back to my old self. The weekly programming allows for maximum customizability. If I discover a lift is good or bad for my own goals it can be scaled up or down expeditiously which is very nice. You (Jeff) are patient and take the time to really tailor each workout to myself which is phenomenal.
